each fork and pouch is handmade. please allow 5–7 business days for me to create your piece before it’s shipped

shipping

Domestic (U.S.): orders ship via USPS. average delivery time is 3–5 business days once shipped.

International: delivery times vary by country. customs fees, duties, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking: you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

packaging

i choose eco-friendly materials wherever i can ~ kraft mailers i make by hand, cotton bags i sew myself, and compostable labels ~ so your piece arrives safely and gently on the earth

returns & exchanges

because each piece is made to order, returns are only accepted if your fork arrives damaged or if you’re truly unhappy with it.

if it’s damaged: contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos. i’ll repair, replace, or refund your order, and i’ll cover return shipping.

if it’s not what you expected: i’m glad to offer an exchange or replacement, but shipping costs are your responsibility.

custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged
